I join public mobile 2 weeks ago and now also still can not get incoming call. My device is unlock phone and before I used FIDO prepaid service. If my old phone number is hard to get for incoming call, I want to get the new phone number.

So the process is to leave the SIM in and wait for the text and reply to it. Then you would put in the new SIM.

So put the Fido SIM back in and call the number somebody gave to you earlier to re-trigger the transfer. You should get the text and you can confirm it. Then put the PM SIM back in after that.

Edit: lol ditto.
