      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/211277"&gt;@Pennybomb&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;you meant the 4 digits account PIN?&amp;nbsp; The PIN that you setup when you activate with PM?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If so,&amp;nbsp; There is no Forgot PIN option, you need to open ticket with PM.&amp;nbsp; Please use chatbot and follow this to get to ticket opening page quicker&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;UL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;type: Forgot log in information&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Click "Contact Us"&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Click "Click here to submit a ticket"&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;you will then direct to another page to open ticket.&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/UL&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;After ticket is submitted, make sure to check your Community Inbox(top right corner envelope icon) periodically for response from PM's CS Agent&lt;/P&gt;</description>
