    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi, I try to log in to my service Canada account but couldn’t receive the security code, apparently it was sent buy I didn’t receive it. Try a few times today. Anyone experienced anything like that. I just switch to PM on October 13th. Could that create that problem?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Mira&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Could that create that problem?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;HR /&gt;&lt;/BLOCKQUOTE&gt;&lt;P&gt;Are you receiving calls and text messages from others?&amp;nbsp; Did you request a number to be ported in?&amp;nbsp; I am trying to figure out if your number has ported properly.&amp;nbsp; If that is the case, try putting your old carrier's SIM&amp;nbsp; card back in your phone to see if that service is still working and check if the text message is then received.&amp;nbsp; Also, even after number porting is complete, there is sometimes a delay untl verification text messages can be received.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;1-Turn off your phone&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;2-Take out the sim card from your phone for 5 minutes&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;3-Re-insert your sim card in to your phone&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;4-Start your phone.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hope this time you will get the security code from CRA&lt;/P&gt;</description>
