Hello,

when I look at my usage and look at date and time, the time when it says a text was sent is 2 hours ahead of the actual time??

~~you can try reseat the SIM card and Make sure your phone is off before removing your SIM card,~~

Do you live in the mountain time zone?

Edit:

Whoops....hit post by mistake.....your daily usage pages records your usage as follows:

Texts are in eastern time.
Calls that are answered by a human are in local time.
Calls that are forwarded to voicemail are in eastern.
Calls you make from your phone to voicemail are in local time.
Data is recorded in two 12 hour blocks and reported shortly after 12:00.

Is your area code if your phone number in the two hour ahead time zone?

Remember no matter if you are the first or last to respond if the information you post needs to answer the question and help the OP. @Anonymous, that will not accomplish anything with how the usage is shown in the self-serve. I am not sure you understood the question if you think rebooting or reseating the sim would work for this question that was asked

As below.....just remember that pm runs on the eastern time zone. Your renewal will occur at 9pm pt. Autopay normally gets charged at 11pm pt.

No, this has nothing to do with refreshing network connection.

From one ESL person to another:

You really, really, REALLY need to slow down and work on your reading comprehension.

And then, when you have understood what was asked, provide accurate information that adds to help the poster and whenever possible does not unnecessarily tie up CSA time.
