Why do you think your sim is not working? It could be a phone, sim or account problem. Can you log into self service to see what your account status is? If it is indeed a SIM card problem you can change it yourself in self service. Please give us more details on why your phone is not working so we can assist you. No SMS/calls/data possible to use?&lt;BR /&gt;Since you already got new SIM you can replace it yourself as suggested above.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Let us know how it goes and if you need more assistance.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;AND edit your post removing personal info!!!!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
