Keep an eye on the envelope icon at the top right corner of your screen for a little number to pop up indicating a reply from a CSA. You may still get a reply tonight if not in the next hour then expect one first thing in the morning.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I got to the very end of registering a SIM card, had already created an account, it was at the payment stage. The internet cut out at that time and the process didn’t finish. My credit card was billed but I can’t login to the account I created, the SIM card does not work in the phone and when I try to start the process over again it states the SIM card is invalid.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
