      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Been with Public for a while now...time to upgrade my phone.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Ordered a refurbished one through Public Mobile.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;When it arrives do I activate it as I would if I were a new customer?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Jonathon&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;If the sim is the same size as your current phone then just swap the sim.&amp;nbsp; If it is a different size then punch out the appropriate size and log into your account to change the sim then put the new sim in your phone.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
