You would need to buy a new SIM card, get a new phone number, and open a new account.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;within 90 days of missed payment, you can't reinstate the same number with the same SIM.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;you have to start new account with new SIM.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
