      <title>PM number change</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hey guys, I recently changed the number on my public mobile account, As I am moving province. It has been two days now and I am still unable to make or receive calls and texts. On my PM account the new number is there but my old one is still showing when I go into my phone settings on my iPhone. Does anyone know what might speed up the transition process. Thanks in advance!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;It may sound trivial, but have you tried restarting your phone? Much like a computer, an update requires a restart.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If the problem is still not solved after that, I believe your best option is to get in touch with a PM agent by creating a ticket.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

As suggested by &lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/209020"&gt;@EricPellerin&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;contacting customer service is best at this point.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Click on the chat bubble at the bottom right corner of your screen and type " no service after number change" and "human" and follow the prompts to submit your ticket via Simple--Simon. Keep an eye on the envelope icon at the top right corner of your screen for a little number to pop up indicating a reply from a CSA. Responding promptly will speed up service times.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Android).&amp;nbsp; If the new number works in the other phone, it is a setup issue with your iphone.&amp;nbsp; If the new phone number does not work, then something likely went wrong with number change and contacting CSA is required.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
