I want to buy some gigabyte of data in case i ever exceed my plan's data.

1. What is used first, plan's data or addon's data?

2. How long do addon data how much time before they expire?

@Anonemoose : 1. Plan data then add-on data before renewal then back to plan data at renewal etc.

2. Buy once, consume over time. No expiry.

Edit: I guess I could add a slight proviso...service must remain active to use. But will stay on the account not-usable through suspension until account reactivated when it can be used again. Or of course if the company closes up shop 🙂

@Anonemoose - EDIT: Yeah - exactly as @Anonymous posted - LOL!

~~1-Plan Data is always used first. Then when that runs out your addons will kick in, until your Plan renews again to use your Plan Data once again.~~

~~2-Addons do not expire. They stay on until used up.~~

How To Purchase Add-Ons Using Your Self-Serve Account

To purchase Add-Ons using your Self-Serve account, follow these steps:

Click on ‘Purchase Add- Ons’ on the Overview tab and scroll down to the Add-On calculator.
Click the plus sign (+) to add and the minus sign (-) to remove selected Add-ons.
When you’ve added all your desired Add-Ons, click ‘Buy Add-Ons’ or ‘Make a Payment’ below the calculator:
- You will see ‘Make a Payment’ instead of ‘Buy Add-Ons’ if there are not enough funds in your account to make the purchase.
- If you don’t have sufficient funds to purchase the Add-Ons, you will be asked to make a one-time payment equal to the price of the Add-On, less your current available funds. Click ‘Submit’, then ‘Go back’: now the button below the calculator will say ‘Buy Add-Ons’.
Select ‘Confirm my purchase’, and you’re off to the races!
after you Add-on you have to do Rebooting your phone
what is mean for Rebooting the phone means to turn off your phone and turn it back on again.

Why do you need to strike out your post?

Even though you expressed the same ideas as z10user4 , I find your post easier to read and understand (with all due respect to z10user4 of course.)
