You can use the 611 service and if you have a pre-registered payment card and your 4 digit PIN you can make a payment. Or buy a voucher in many stores or online and redeem it through the 611 service (no 4 digit PIN needed). Or you can use the Instant Top-up method in a few stores.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
