Hey I am looking into buying a : Blackview BV4900 Téléphone portable débloqué 4 G Double SIM Android 10 3 Go + 32 Go Étanche IP68 Anti-chute Écran HD + Batterie 5580 mAh Vert.

Can someone tell me if it is compatible? It says yes on amazon but not on the list on Public mobile website

Yes both models will working with public mobile,

Public Mobile uses the following frequency bands:

4G LTE and LTE Advanced: 700 MHz, 850 MHz, 1900 MHz and 2100 MHz downlink and 1700 MHz uplink (AWS).
HSPA: 850 MHz, 1900 MHz (UMTS).

What is your upper budget for a rugged phone? What do you do that requires a rugged phone? Given the price and the unknown quality of the device and the manufacturer itself I would be a little leery of purchasing it. Given the possible cost of shipping it back to Hong Kong for any warranty issues perhaps we can suggest a more reputable rugged phone that can fit your upper budget. Sorry but I see disappointment in your future....of course you have the Amazon return policy just in case.
