      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/208085"&gt;@PETERWIEBE&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;Quickest way is to try using the Forgot Password link and try with all the possible email addresses you might have.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;Once you have the correct email entered, you will the be asked to answer the Security Question you set up earlier.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you still unable to get through Forgot Password link (either because you still cannot figure out the email or cannot answer the security question),&amp;nbsp; open a ticket with PM CS Agent then they will sort it out for you&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class="lia-indent-padding-left-30px"&gt;1.       <description>&lt;P&gt;You should have welcome email from PM somewhere in your mailbox unless you delete it ...&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It could be the same as one you use for Community. Go to your Community profile and you will see it there&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;span class="lia-inline-image-display-wrapper lia-image-align-inline" image-alt="Yummy_0-1632409623298.png"&gt;&lt;img src="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/skins/images/47CED82CBECC1CE350271CC869BC5814/responsive_peak/images/image_not_found.png" alt="Yummy_0-1632409623298.png" /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If everything fails you will have to contact CSR to help you out.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
