      <description>&lt;P&gt;How do I transfer my account to another person. I currently have my son set up with my email address, and want to set up accounts for myself and my daughter, but you can’t have several numbers on one account. I want to switch my son to his own email address and account so I can have mine for my personal use. Does anyone know how to do this, if it can be done.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/207853"&gt;@Seltenrich&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; Yes, one email account links to one account.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You can do proper email change as advised above (open ticket with PM Customer Support).&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;However, you can try to create a 2nd account using alias as a workaround.&amp;nbsp; For example with GMAIL, if your email address is myname@gmail.com, you can in fact use &lt;A href="mailto:my.name@gmail.com" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;my.name@gmail.com&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp;to create another My Account on PM.&amp;nbsp; Email sent to both myname&amp;nbsp; and my.name&amp;nbsp; will go to the same GMAIL inbox but PM will take it as "different" email&lt;/P&gt;</description>

But if your email is a gmail account or an outlook account you can set up an email alias to use for your account.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;For example if your current email is mom@gmail.com you can activate your account with mom+pm@gmail.com or mom+2@gmail.com and all of your new pm account correspondence will still go to your original email account ( mom@gmail.com).&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

The Agent will need your secret PIN, security question, your account number, email, telephone number etc.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
