    <description>&lt;P&gt;Did you recently port your phone number over to PM ?&amp;nbsp; Try rebooting your phone.&amp;nbsp; If you have another phone then try swapping the sim.&amp;nbsp; Also try shutting down your phone then remove the sim and put it back.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
