      <description>&lt;P&gt;When did you order your phone?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Have your credit card been charged?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Do you have any proof you did order phone from PM?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you do, contact CSR as per above links and let them help you. Creating a ticket is the best way as it can be tracked whoever is resolving your issue.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
