      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I recently have switched from Koodo, my SIM card was in a home phone line using a SIM card. Koodo had sent my a text message confirming if I was making the switch. I could not reply to the text message, now the SIM card is locked on Koodo's end. I have called them and they have said they've unlocked the SIM card and they are aware of the transfer. They said I need to contact Public Mobile now to complete the transfer. The new PM SIM card still says unknown, and the other Koodo SIM card (now in an old iPhone) says locked still.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Bill&lt;/P&gt;</description>

I ported out the internal number of that service into one of my PM accounts just to close the SmartHub service. This place required the IMEI.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Then calling the porting department number will get them to put the request in again and koodo will release the phone number to pm.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Porting should complete in 2 hours or less once the new porting request is put in.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
