@mead70...log in to My Account and then look at top right side of page.

Just log into your Self Serve account and it is on the top right corner of the page below your balance amount.

Are you asking for your account number because you are trying to port out to another carrier?

Are you asking because you are unable to get into your Self Serve account? When opening a ticket for this, other types of account information can be used instead.

To find your Public Mobile account number:

Sign in to Self-Serve account
From here, your 14-digit account number can be found in the top right corner.

If you don’t have access to your Self-Serve account, please click here link to start a conversation with our virtual assistant SIMon to submit a ticket to our Customer Support Agents.

You can also find it in the "Sent to" portion of your welcome email from public mobile.
