Unable to change plan

Im trying to change my plan from basic to a better plan But the screen doesnt show me options When i click plans its says something went wrong and i have to log in again Very fustrating

@Erudic : Try a different browser or use incognito/private mode. But the website is far from perfect.

yes, it's the browser issue that affect many of us. Quick workarounds:

1. try another browser (EDGE/Chrome/Firefox)

2. Incognito Mode / InPrivate Mode

3. clear cache and reboot

4. try on another computer or phone

@Anonymous tips usually do the trick.

If still issues, try a totally different device.

OR, try again in about 1 hour.

I'd rather be spammed with THANK YOU 🌷 than seeing users come to the forum, throw up a question then disappear without a whimper, never heard from again let alone saying thanks!🙄
