You can find your account number by logging into your self serve account. It is on the top right hand corner.

If you are looking for your account number. Sign into the self serve account, at the top right below your balance, you will find your account number

Or, you can search your mailbox for the email that you used for activation, you should have received a Welcome email that has your Account number there as well.

Sign in to Self-Serve account
From here, your 14-digit account number can be found in the top right corner.

If you don’t have access to your Self-Serve account, please click here link, to start a conversation with our virtual assistant SIMon to submit a ticket to our Customer Support Agents.
