This closes the original account.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;By policy, you can't just move numbers around between accounts.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Unable to reactivate original account (ie. with rewards/credits) with a new number. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
