Nearly all our incoming calls go straight to the voice mail and other friends around London Ontario using Public Mobile are having similar issues.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Is your network experiencing breakdowns?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks immensely for your prcompt feedback.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/79865"&gt;@KenGam&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;Yes, look like it is a common issue around London area.&amp;nbsp; Possibly due to equipment upgrade&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please try to change your network type to 3G only instead of automatic .&amp;nbsp; You might need to reboot the phone once (of course, confirm it is still 3G only after reboot)&lt;/P&gt;</description>

You can check your signal strength by going to your Settings&amp;gt;&amp;gt;about phone&amp;gt;&amp;gt;status&amp;gt;&amp;gt;sim card status then look for your signal strength. Around -90 d8m is ideal.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Mine 4G LTE (-106 d8m&amp;nbsp; 34 asu)&amp;nbsp; 3G&amp;nbsp; (-75 d8m&amp;nbsp; 19 asu) Mount Pleasant, Vancouver&lt;/P&gt;</description>
