Hello,

I will be transferring my Public phone number to a new SIM card, I do no have the prior one anymore. What I am hoping to do is access my previous texts (most importantly)/contacts and my voicemail.

Please advise if there is a way for me to do so!! I am hoping Public can simply forward them to the new SIM/device.

Thanks (in advance) for Your Time and replies!

Once you switch over to your new SIM, the contacts and text messages will still be on your device if you are still using the same phone. As for voicemail messages, those are stored on on Public Mobile's systems.

If the reason for you needing a new SIM card is because you've lost your phone, unfortuantely, Public Mobile cannot assist you in this matter. Hopefully, you have any informaton that you still need backed up.

I would suggest backup and restore app, you can setup periodic backup to Google drive or drive other storage and even if you lose your phone you would still have access to last backed up calls and texts
