No live agents to speak to...just us Community Forum members. Give us a shot...what's the problem ? Are you using a new phone or something ?

Do you mean that your Public mobile SIM card does not physically fit in your phone? Too large or small?

SIM card comes in different sizes. The newer PM Sim cards has all three sizes. Just need to punch out to get the right size.

Just pick the size smaller that will fit in your phones sim card tray.

Can you try that SIM in another phone ..just to narrow down the problem in SIM or Phone.

If SIM doesnt fit in another phone then the sizes mentioned above will do the trick. Take off the enclosures and try again.

If SIM fits in another phone and not in your primary phone then try blowing some compressed air in the SIM slot to see if something is blocking the proper seating of the SIM.
