      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi all!&lt;BR /&gt;I bought and activated a new sim card today for my partner but unfortunately, he can't receive incoming calls it says "the number hasn't been equipped with the incoming call" but he can make a call, also data is not working either, Can somebody help me with that, please? thank you!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
