      <description>&lt;P&gt;there could be many factors to this, have you tried any trouble shooting so far?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;sometimes when i drive through certain areas I do get not registered on network. Is it only in certain areas or constant for you?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;have you reset your phone? cleared cache? tried another sim card?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;If you just initiate porting, it will take few hours to complete.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;First SMS will become available. Try texting somebody or ask to text you.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you ported from a landline/VOIP it could take up to 7 days to complete.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Assuming you follow porting procedure... (answer yes, etc.).&lt;/P&gt;</description>

You can communicate with PM staff through ticketing system as advised by other members.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Most issues can be resolved at Community unless it is account related when CSA has to be involved.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
