@Lynda203 : Your username would be the email address you used at activation. You might still have the welcome email from here. Or other marketing emails. That would be the email address. Then you can try the Forgot your password? link to reset it.

or Explain your issue to Contact Customer Support Agent by CS_Agent ,
they can solve your issue, they are nice Service Team they will help you 100%.
