      <title>Error logging into community when sent a ticket by SIMON</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have been prompted for a PUK (2nd time this has happened on the same phone) and am trying to submit a ticket, but logging into the My Account verification is resulting in a "error login in" alert. I have reset my pw several times and nothing seems to allow me to submit a ticket.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/56926"&gt;@cvf1&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;so, you connect logon to My Account at all?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You sure the password is correct?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you think the password was correct, maybe it is a browser issue.&amp;nbsp; Try to use another browser, or use Incognito mode or try on another machine.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you really cannot logon, you can try to reset password using the Forgot Password link&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;or&amp;nbsp; since you cannot open ticket with Simon, you can message PM Customer Support Agent directly with your issue or with resetting My Account credentials&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;A href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Are you able to take a screenshot of the error?
