Ok thx, ah so it's just normal texting. And as for calling add on since I can use it untill it unil it runs out, could there be a scenario when the cost of the add on increases they would charge me? Or what I paid I keep untill used up? And would you be able to provide the list of those countries that can be called and texted? Thank you very much

Since I'm considering changing my plan for the next 90 day session I'm just curious on what a few things mean. First when you chose international txt option will it allow me to send and receive global txt and pic messages? As I saw the 3 which mentions it's only canda wide. And secondly the add on of 400 international min is it just for Canada and U.S. Or its global minutes? I'm not sure what it means as different providers have digpfferent understanding of international. Thx

Hello,

Global texting does not include global picture messaging. Global texting is not truly global, as Telus did not sign agreements with at least one carrier in each country in the world. That said, the list of countries that can be texted is indeed extensive.

The 400-minute add-on consists of Canada, USA, and 18 overseas countries. To use the add-on, one must have an active plan that includes Talk as an option, whether provincial or Canada-wide.

I hope that this has answered your questions.
