      <description>&lt;P&gt;I can call people but not receive calls&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;When people call me it rings but I don't get it.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;When I send SMS it says sent but people cant see it and I cant see what they are sending me&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;IDK where to get help and ended up here&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;It looks like you just become PM customer.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you ported your number it will take some time for all services to start working. It is not instantaneous as soon as you paid your bill.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;And usual 'tip' with new service is to reboot your phone.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Let us know how it goes but be patient. Hope to hear from you tomorrow how it goes and if you need more help.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
