Follow the page to finish opening the ticket.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class="lia-indent-padding-left-30px"&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;After ticket successfully opened, keep checking your Community inbox (envelope icon on top right)&amp;nbsp; CS Agent will communicate with you there&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi, Dear,&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have used my friend's referral code when I signed up with Public Mobile and it says it will be used in the next bill. However, when I open my account today, I do not see the credit in my account. What happened and how to fix or need wait for more time? Many thanks!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
