@Caitlin33 Your data renew with your plan renewal. PM plan renew every 30 days, not monthly. Because it is 30 days, the renewal date might change from month to month. Login to My Account and it will show you the next renewal date. Have you setup Autopay so you don't have to keep track of the changing date yourself?

The payment date is the day before your account says. The day it shows is the renewal day. If you wait until that day, your service could stop if you pay after it does the renewal.

Your plan data will reset at midnight eastern on the day of your plan renewal.

The payment used to be debited from your account (credit card/available funds) @2am on the renewal date, but lately it has been running very late, up to 6-7 hours later.

Should be the same day your plan renews every month.
