      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello there. I opened a phone number for my dad in July. I signed up for auto-pay but haven't registered for the online self-serve account. Now, my dad went back to Asia and took the SIM card as well. I need to cancel his number but since it requires text verification to activate the account, I cannot do that. Please help me! Thank you!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
