If i have a unlimited minutes plan how do i run out of minutes?? I went to make a call and was told i couldn't because i had run out of minutes

This does happen on rare occasion. Try again in a few minutes.

While you wait...try restarting phone your phone.

@superwitch1954 No worry, it was just a false negative.

Just put a 1 in front of the 10 digits

If still fail, try to reboot your phone once and it should resolve the issue

Try these troubleshooting tips and test after each.....

Reboot phone.
Toggle airplane mode on/off.
Remove sim card for 10 minutes.
Manually add $1 to your available funds.

Often though it just takes time.....😉

you can try reseat the SIM card and Make sure your phone is off before removing your SIM card,

1. power off your device

2. take out the SIM card,

3. waiting a 1 minute,

4. put it back and power on,

5. toggling airplane mode off/on,

and do again Rebooting your phone,

*what is mean for Rebooting the phone means to turn off your phone and turn it back on again.

To get the obvious out of the way...you used ( +1 or 1 ) in front of the any area code,

for Example long distance, Add (+1 or 1 ) in front of the any area code,
1416xxxxxxx,
or
+1416xxxxxxx,
both is will going through your call...

@superwitch1954 if you are calling within Canada to a Canadian number, and you have an unlimited calling plan, this is just a glitch.

Annoying and concerning, yes, when the message is received. But no worries.

Hopefully it goes away after the reboot of your device.

The customer has stated that the plan includes unlimited calling. I believe that's why the OP is suprised about hearing the error message and is asking how that's even possible.
