    <description>&lt;P&gt;I need some help, I'm supposed to travel tomorrow and I can't log into pay for my account. It's locked out and when I try the security ?s it says I'm putting in the wrong answer. I checked the case sensitivity and nothing seems to be working. I don't know who to ask about this. Can someone please help?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;The account might be only temporarily locked for an hour due to too many attempts.&amp;nbsp;You might want to wait an hour and try again.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you still have issue logging in, try the Forgot password link to reset the password.&amp;nbsp;You will need to answer security questions. though.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you don't know the&amp;nbsp;answer to the security questions, you can open a ticket with mod to have it reset.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Do as above. Also delete history and cookies on browser or try a different browser. And wait 1 hour if your account is temporarily locked. Also try to do a password change (forgot password).&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
