There have been issues lately.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Can you try:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;1. Reset the network settings and reboot.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;2. Set your preferred network to 3G and reboot.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;3. Put your sim in another phone and then back again.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

There are a couple grandfathered plans that have limited incoming call minutes.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Or if you are a new subscriber then probably an incomplete port (assuming outgoing calls work)&lt;/P&gt;</description>
