I've been with PM for under a month and for the last few days I am unable to receive and send calls/texts. They have informed me that there are outages.

My question is... does this happen a lot, if so how often??? I feel bad because I convinced my mother to switch, and 3 of my kids too...

Outages with public mobile are not common and if they do experience one it usually affects all telus customers/brands although this sporadic one seems isolated to pm customers and the 3G network or switching to the network from LTE.

Personally I have never experienced an outage in the past two years with public mobile including the recent widespread telus outage affecting bc and Alberta customers.

Would it be wishful thinking that this is somehow related to bringing voLTE to pm?
