      <title>Why is data usage not resetting with a new month?</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Is data a one time purchases not month to month. I was under the assumption that the data plan i have is month to month and reset back to 0 used each month. &amp;nbsp;I literally just got thanks fir your monthly payment and next message your at 95% of your data used. &amp;nbsp; Which is impossible &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Are you on the $15 plan? Do you have your phone set to only do OS and app updates while on wifi and not data? Do you only allow a select few apps to run in the background?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Most phones can do this to monitor your usage.&amp;nbsp; It may not be set up with the same start date, so if you use this tracker, you must change it on each renewal.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If the PLAN DATA line item is showing on your overview page in your Self Serve, you are okay...go by that.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;But receiving texts about 95% used can be concerning I get that.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Install an app to track your ‘live’ usage so you can keep track of your 30 day usage.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you are android, try this one:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Data Witness app: &lt;A href="https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.iwik.datawitnesspm&amp;amp;hl=en_CA&amp;amp;gl=US" target="_blank"&gt;https://play.google.com/store/apps/detailsid=com.iwik.datawitnesspm&amp;amp;hl=en_CA&amp;amp;gl=US&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I use this one myself and it gives me what I need from it.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You could also check out Data counter widget: &lt;A href="https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.roysolberg.android.datacounter&amp;amp;hl=en_CA&amp;amp;gl=US" target="_blank"&gt;https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.roysolberg.android.datacounter&amp;amp;hl=en_CA&amp;amp;gl=US&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you are an Apple user, I am sure there is a 30-day app that is available as well.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Managing Your Data Usage:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;A href="https://www.publicmobile.ca/en/bc/get-help/articles/managing-your-data-usage" target="_blank"&gt;https://www.publicmobile.ca/en/bc/get-help/articles/managing-your-data-usage&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

If that happened, you would be loosing whatever else of the add-on that you haven't yet used up.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
