<title>topic cannot receive incoming calls in Get Support</title>
    <link>https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/Get-Support/cannot-receive-incoming-calls/m-p/723578#M496263</link>
<description>&lt;P&gt;Hi, I just got a used phone (it is unlocked) and bought a SIM card and set it all up myself. When people call me, they get a 5UV1 message stating that the account is not set up for incoming calls. I can make outgoing calls no problem though! I have done a lot of trouble shooting - tried the sim card in my dad's phone (didn't work) put Dad's sim card in my phone (it worked)...so it isn't the phone that doesnt work- its the SIM card! - ....powered the phone down and back up. So, I set up a "ticket" but have not heard back yet - Any help would be great !&lt;/P&gt;</description>
