These instructions are for Android 5.x, Samsung reorganizes their settings slightly differently but it goes something like this:

Go to Settings

Under Wireless & Networks click More

Select Cellular Networks

Select Network operators

Let it scan

When Public Mobile pops up, just click it and have it register manually.

That should lock your device on to the network until you repeat the process and hit Automatically.

Hi Deltatux,

Thanks for your answer but I am not sure to understand your question. My PM account is active as I paid my month plan. However if this info helps you, my phone doesn't recognize the SIM card (parameters->mobile networks->"Insert SIM card to access network services") but the SIM is actually there.

Try going into the network settings on your device and do a manual network registration.

I don't know what device you're using so I can't give you the instructions for that.
