Hello I just signed up on Public but did not put in the promo code for the 2 GB offer when I activated the SIM card. Can I still get them?

@jrsponge : If you signed up yourself online and got a $35 or more plan then you can ask. If you signed up in a store with those plans then you could still ask but the promo is different.

Please note that the 2gb bonus expired yesterday so you might not qualify but worth a shot to try asking the CSAgent for forgiveness.
