I have a plan change set to Sept 27th for the $25 plan, upgrading fron the $15 plan. I noticed in my account that I am currently getting 2GB of promotional dats. will i lose this promotion by upgrading my plan?

that 2GB promotional for one time you have it, will keep in your account untill use it..

Ok I understand now. I will go ahead with the new plan change and when the 2GB os used it will disappear. Thanks so much

To change your plan schedule the plan change for the renewal and it will change to it.

Could you please tell us where your promotional data came from? Or give us a screenshot? Remove any personal info first though....is it holiday data? Is it add on data? You probably won't lose it by upgrading but it would be best to identify its source. What's the purpose of upgrading to the $25? More minutes? More data?

If the 2GB was a gift from Public Mobile at one point then you should be able to keep this up or down grading your plan.

Xmas gift giveaways are going to stay with your account regardless.

If the promo was linked to your account activation, it may depend on the terms and conditions of the promotional addon when you activated. YMMV
