A voice notice comes up every time somebody tries to call me that "this number is not equipped for incoming calls". I've restarted my phone; pulled my SIM card; switched it with another phone... all small tricks, but it still not working...

My plan includes 100 minutes Canada wide calls and unlimited incoming calls. My phone is iPhone 5S.

Please advise and thank you in advance!

Sounds like a SIM provisioning issue.Probably needs CS intervention.
