So we cant open a ticket. If you want to see if we can help just provide some more info on the problem but it is always best to start a new topic rather than tagging into an old topic. Maybe an Oracle will split this to a new topic for you.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you have ordered a SIM in order to start your own account, it can take weeks to receive in the mail.
