Hi everyone

i had a question about voicemail

I don’t know what the problem is but when I use voicemail it’s not working and I receive errors too !!!

could anybody help me to use it?

@Princessシ Can you explain what you meant by "not working" or "receive error"?

do you meant you press and hold 1 on the phone and it didn't connect to voicemail?

What exact error prompt you heard?

have you complete the VM setup process?

do one thing Make sure your phone is off before removing your SIM card,

and take your SIM card out and waiting for a 2 minute and put it back and turn on -This one is quick and simple.

what is mean for Rebooting the phone means to turn off your phone and turn it back on again.
