I cannot make call

My outgoing calls are being restricted time and again, though I have Canada wide unlimited call plan.

try putting a 1 in front of the 10 digits number

I could not make calls either. Tried putting the 1 in front. No difference.

@An22...if you're on $15 plan....log into your account and view My Data and Add-ons to see how many calling minutes you have used. Maybe you've run outta minutes in which case you can get the $5 / 500 minutes of Canada wide calling add-on.Those add-on minutes will get used when you run outta regular plan minutes and any unused add-on mins will roll over until you use 'em up.

@hairbag1 I'm pretty sure that the OP said that they have the plan with unlimited Canada wide calling option.

@An22 you can receive incoming calls without issue?? Which plan do you have?

did you try rebooting your phone?

@Quigley...you're correct...but the one I responded to (An22), didn't mention their plan detail. I wondered if @An22 had the $15 plan with limited outgoing calls.

You're very likely correct about this one also though.
