You should get a SMS message from your old carrier asking to confirm if you would like to port your number. Your reply should be:&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;FONT size="4"&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;YES.&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The confirmation message can take a few minutes to come in.
