    <description>&lt;P&gt;In order to port out your number you must have time on ur active Sim card. Even if your Sim card is still active but your balance is at 0 and your phone is currently not able to receive SMS messages then you cannot port out your number to another carrier. Once you have made a payment then the request can be completed.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It is recommended before making a payment that you change your your current PM plan to the lowest optioned plan available so you can receive the SMS request.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
