      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/177138"&gt;@Melvs&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Maybe try rebooting phone or toggling airplane mode on/off.&amp;nbsp; Also try removing the SIM (power of first) and after a couple of minutes reinsert and restart your phone.&amp;nbsp; You can also try network reset too if the above doesn't help.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Contact your previous provider to unlock it for you.
