Hi All,

There are no options coming on the account portal when I got to the change my base plan link.

Also, will I get the 2gb bonus with 35$ plan if I move now from the 25$ plan?

that 2GB Free data only for new customer,

for existing customer is not working..

Open a tab in incognito mode, then log into your Self Serve. This helps with finicky things, and you should see the plan options then.

Yes, as already mentioned that promo is for NEW only activations, not for existing customers.

@caakanksha12 unfortunately.. all these goodies are always to attract new subscribers.. For us, we will have to look forward for the Holiday giveaway ( hope they will continue the "tradition" ) for some one time bonus...

If you don't mind losing your current phone number, you can always buy another SIM and open a new account to get the bonus and close the current one.

Wasn’t the 2GB monthly bonus only on $35 and higher plans? But if you already have it you likely would lose it by changing plans in any event.
